Role Objective: To support all Food Service sales functions in driving and maintaining incremental fresh meat and fresh produce sales through excellence in customer service.
This role is the pivotal function between customer requirements, sales support, supply chain management, Trading Teams and Suppliers.
What you'll be doing: Responsibilities: Support Sales Specialists and BDMs in closing deals with new customers.
This includes arranging and following up on samples, contract pricing and upselling where possible Micro manage all new customers and their fresh product requirements through frequent weekly contact Micro management/ order capture for existing key customers through frequent weekly contact and forward planning of their events to ensure full supply Review daily shortage reports and contact affected customers with solutions Lead the forecasting of fresh meat and produce by feeding in customer demands and new customer product requirements to supply chain, Trading and Supplier teams Build excellent relations with customers, internal functions and suppliers Daily stock monitoring and reacting to under stocked and over stocked fresh product issues What we're looking for: Experience, Skills and Education: Excellent Communication & interpersonal Skills Customer Centric and Customer Service Skills (experience preferred) Good level of numeracy/ commercial skills Organizational Skills Ability to adapt to a varied workload PC Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) Ability to work on own initiative A Team Player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Relevant third level qualification Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
