Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager with experience in the fastener or industrial distribution industry to lead daily operations and drive customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for overseeing customer accounts, quoting and order execution, and ensuring strong on-time delivery performance, while also managing branch operations and team performance. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of operational leadership, customer focus, and team development, ensuring the branch runs efficiently while delivering a high level of service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize fastener industry knowledge to source products and provide accurate, timely quotes to customers
• Manage order entry within ERP systems and partner with purchasing to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Track and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and overall service levels for customer accounts supported by the branch
• Ensure all customer requirements are met, resolving issues and leading corrective actions as needed
• Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and review results with branch team to drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain professional, responsive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Identify, quantify, and maintain appropriate staffing levels aligned with branch needs and budget
• Lead full-cycle hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and disciplining employees as needed
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and professional development to drive team performance
• Conduct annual performance appraisals through face-to-face meetings, setting and reviewing performance objectives
• Ensure adherence to company safety programs, housekeeping standards, and security requirements
• Safeguard company inventory and assets, maintaining proper controls and accountability
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure accurate maintenance records are kept where applicable

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center
• 3+ years in branch Operations Managements
• Knowledge of fasteners and fastener sources
• Experience leading & supervising a team
