Cartesia Frontend Engineer, Marketing
Cartesia is hiring a Frontend Engineer, Marketing to build and optimize the surfaces where customers first experience our product. You'll own the technical execution of our marketing website and growth surfaces, working closely with design, product, and GTM to drive conversion, pipeline, and product adoption. This is a highly impact-oriented role: your work directly affects how customers understand Cartesia and whether they choose to engage. Your Impact
Own the marketing frontend: Build, ship, and maintain high-performance marketing pages and interactive experiences. Drive conversion: Partner with design and GTM to implement experiments, iterate quickly, and optimize for conversion and engagement. Enable iteration: Build clean, flexible frontend systems that make rapid testing and content updates easy. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, product engineers, and marketing to translate positioning into performant, production-ready experiences. Care about fundamentals: Ensure pages are fast, accessible, responsive, and SEO-friendly. What You Bring
Strong frontend engineering fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with modern tools (e.g. React, Tailwind, TypeScript). Comfortable using modern AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to rapidly implement designs and experiment without sacrificing quality. Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and modern CMSs (e.g. Sanity, headless CMSs). A growth mindset: you drive towards metrics like conversion, engagement, and funnel performance, and are pragmatic about tradeoffs. Experience building and shipping marketing or growth surfaces, not just product UIs. Comfort owning projects end-to-end, from implementation through iteration and optimization. Ability to work closely with designers and translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant experiences. Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback grounded in business goals. Nice-to-Have
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, or experimentation tooling. Experience working on developer-focused or technical products. What We Offer
Lunch, dinner and snacks at the office. Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees. 401(k). Relocation and immigration support. Your own personal Yoshi. Our Culture
We're an in-person team based out of San Francisco. We love being in the office, hanging out together, and learning from each other every day. We ship fast. All of our work is novel and cutting edge, and execution speed is paramount. We have a high bar, and we don't sacrifice quality or design along the way. We support each other. We have an open & inclusive culture that's focused on giving everyone the resources they need to succeed.
