We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting order processing, data accuracy, and internal coordination. Manage the full data entry lifecycle for customer orders by following established documentation and procedures Accurately process and maintain order entry records within internal systems Support sales and account management teams with administrative and order-related tasks Coordinate trade shows, advertising inventory, and promotional item ordering and tracking Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across systems Serve as on-site reception backup as needed, providing a professional first point of contact Required Skills

One or more years of relevant experience or training Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or complex administrative support strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong technical skills, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clear, professional written communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hawley, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
