*Duties*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
* Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
* Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
* Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic policies
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care
* Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements for licensed massage therapists
*Skills*
* Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathetic communication and active listening
* Proficiency in patient assessment to customize treatments effectively
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
* Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy

* Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus
* Previous experience in medical spa or wellness settings enhances your ability to deliver specialized care
