This is a contract-to-hire position
The labor-management architect will be responsible for identifying capabilities to support replacement technology for a legacy labor system. Currently, the labor-management applications contain both new and legacy systems, each of which needs to be evaluated and recommendations made for outcomes.
In addition, a go-forward path will be created using a combination of purchased systems, integration, and customizations for unique requirements, along with an analysis of vendor products
The architect for this effort will work with multiple technical and business teams, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communications is important.
Previous experience with the railroad, union bidding/bumping, and regulated industries is plus
