Possess strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as needed.
Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly.
Maintain a visible presence in public areas and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction Requirements: Previous management experience in similar hotel environment.
Standards Driven; Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
