**The**
**Manager, Creative Integration**
**will lead the development of full-funnel go-to-market strategies and execution across all marketing channels. They will work with a cross functional team of internal and external/agency partners to help bring campaign strategy to life for the consumer.**
Lead integrated go-to-market plansthat deliver against the customer journey priorities across all marketing touchpoints
Maintain brand expression and standards and how they come to life across all touchpoints for banners in scope
Works in partnership with Banner marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into creative go-to-market strategies
Leads relationship with applicable creative agency and Internal agency
Develop creative marketing briefs and lead the integrated marketing process with internal teams and agencies
Oversee program integration across channels, negotiating activities between departments and execution for print, POS, social and digital
Oversight of campaign and marketing material production requirements for all communication including; flyer, POS and digital and social materials
Lead the omni-channel campaign strategy to align to key program KPIu2019s by banner/region and work directly with channel leads around media performance
**Key cross-functional accountabilities with other lines of business**
Work alongside Banner Strategy, Loyalty teams, and other strategic leads to ensure the creative go-to-market strategy is optimized to each Empire brand
Work alongside the Loyalty, Banner Strategy, Store Marketing, CRM, external partners (creative/media) to concept and generate a dynamic, full funnel connected experiences to create an emotional connection with Canadian Families

Delivery of integrated campaigns that deliver against business objectives and KPIs
On-time delivery of marketing activations
Maintains accurate tracking documents and timelinesAbility to deliver programs within budget and find efficiencies in production budgets
**Key Capabilities**
Ability to think and act strategically, while playing a hands-on role in the execution of Marketing plans
Strong understanding of creative best practices in advertising
Ability to give constructive feedback to evolve work to deliver against business strategies + KPIs
Ability to provide solutions and to think and act quickly
Ability to build partnerships, set and manage priorities, and meet deadlines, all within a multi-tasking environment
Ability to develop clear communication plans that contribute to the success of the brand and KPIu02bcs
Ability to manage production budgets
Attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain timelines
Strong executive presence, with ability to lead cross-functional meetings

Timelines and budget for assigned projects
Proactive development of project plans and timelines
Relationships with Creative Agency partners
Weekly go-to-market meetings, and integration of go-to-market campaign planning + supporting documents
Production budget report
**Influences**
Creative/Marketing best in-class research and recommendations
Translation of national strategy into brand relevant brand strategy
**Position Requirements**
Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
