The Admission Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the flow of applicants and supporting the admissions process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, this position handles application processing, enrollment coordination, and maintains accurate records, primarily utilizing specialized admissions CRM software. The role typically manages fewer than 100 applicants annually, requiring keen attention to detail and effective communication to assist prospective students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and verify submitted information
• Coordinate enrollment procedures and communications with applicants
• Manage applicant data using specialized Admissions CRM software
• Maintain precise and confidential record keeping
• Schedule appointments and interviews with prospective students

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field
