Senior Security Engineer

Contract: 12 months

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

We’re hiring a Senior Identity Security Engineer to take ownership of the organisation’s identity security and IAM platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance (IGA).

Sitting within the Cyber Engineering & Architecture function, this role focuses on secure management and governance of digital identities across employees, contractors, and machine identities. You’ll define identity security standards, oversee IAM platforms, and drive improvements across identity lifecycle management, privileged access controls, and identity security architecture.

• Own and evolve the organisation’s identity security strategy, standards, and technical controls
• Lead improvements across identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) and access governance
• Strengthen privileged access controls and PAM operating model
• Drive Zero Trust identity controls and identity security architecture improvements
• Partner with security, engineering, and architecture stakeholders to ensure consistent governance
• Automate identity/security workflows where possible (PowerShell or similar scripting)

• 12+ years industry experience, including 8+ years in identity/IAM roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Experience implementing IAM lifecycle and Identity Governance (IGA) platforms
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
