Are you a driven and experienced Senior Engineer ready to take the lead on high-impact residential projects? Join a forward-thinking team where your expertise will shape the future of modern living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of Health and Safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
  • Review and comment on design drawings, raising RFIs as needed.
  • Actively participate in Design Team Meetings, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding design issues.
  • Communicate approved technical submittals to relevant site teams.
  • Understand and report on the delivery programme, intervening proactively to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet testing and commissioning deadlines.
  • Monitor quality control of subcontractor work and supplier deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, design specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Conduct continuous site inspections, recording and resolving issues promptly.
  • Promote and implement internal quality management systems across the team.
  • Lead on technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspection processes.
  • Ensure digital management systems and BCAR compliance are maintained.
  • Oversee benchmarking processes and participate in scaffold inspections as required.
  • Manage site drawings and maintain accurate site records and QA documentation.
  • Oversee specific work packages, including tender input, scope understanding, subcontractor programme monitoring, material ordering, and trade coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of Temporary Works Management.
  • Manage third-party stakeholders such as utility providers and local authorities.
  • Drive value engineering by challenging design and identifying efficiencies.
  • Support early stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, including development planning for direct reports.
  • Chair site and construction team meetings.
  • Promote a best-in-class customer experience and uphold the client’s brand values.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and accurate.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
