We are recruiting for a highly strategic, experienced travel Product Development Lead (Head of) with extensive knowledge in Ireland as a leisure destination.

You will own and lead a Product Development Strategy (Ireland Inbound) from scratch – defining a product portfolio and operating model that will allow scale, whilst maintaining brand differentiation and operational efficiency.

As the Product Development Strategy owner, you will develop the plan including best product mix, regional disbursement, the rollout plan including the commercial strategy and operational effectiveness.

Driving growth from North American and European visitors, a deep understanding of Inbound tourism and product strategy (to Ireland) is required. This senior level role will influence the key stakeholders across the business. You will be required to challenge assumptions and build a plan backed by data and insights.

An expert in building a commercially led product proposition, building the right product mix, assessing any Operational constraints, competitive advantages, product differential, distribution opportunities and risks.

You will build a timely, phased roll-out plan, making key recommendations to the SLT to ensure best in class customer experience is delivered alongside a unique product portfolio that will drive new volume.

Expertise in product development/Ireland as a Destination is absolutely essential, with a deep understanding of the destination and product experiences in market. A proven track record in building a growth focused new Product development strategy at a senior level is also essential. xcfaprz
