We have been serving the Fayetteville, NC community with quality pediatric care for over 10 years. We provide comprehensive pediatric care to children ages 0-18. Founded by Dr. Taner Esensoy, We are committed to treating children like our children by providing the highest quality pediatric care and testing in a compassionate environment. From infancy through adolescence, vision testing to immunizations, We want to help children live longer, healthier and more productive lives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents

• Build long-term relationships with families and the care team

• Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach

• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics

• Unrestricted license (or ability to obtain) in North Carolina

• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
