We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Remote Benefits Representatives. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will assist families with understanding and enrolling in their benefits.
No prior experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speak with clients who have requested information (no cold calling)
- Assist families in understanding their benefits options
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the process
- Work virtually using Zoom and our digital systems from your home
