Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $86,000.00 - $131,375.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities Assist in managing AV project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Support procurement and tracking of AV equipment, materials, and resources.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Participate in site surveys, installation planning, and quality assurance checks.
Escalate project risks, issues, or delays to senior management as needed.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in AV, IT, or construction related fields.
Familiarity with AV systems, conferencing platforms, and integration practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Competencies
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
