Über
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fully understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
Partner with our sales team to identify customer needs and close deals through your technical expertise.
Conduct site assessments and provide remote and in-person technical support during installation and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to specific product lines.
Deliver training and support to customers for using and maintaining the systems effectively.
Document system configurations, processes, and customer interactions for reference.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare or critical environments.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations like ISO, ASHRAE, IEC, etc.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Desired Skills & Experience: Experience with relevant technical products or applications.
Strong background in network configuration and troubleshooting.
Proficient in system design and configuration.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

The salary range for this role is 58,500.00 - 108,500.00.
