Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Calmar, IA is seeking a skilled CT/XR Technologist to join their Radiology Department on a full-time contract basis for a minimum of 13 weeks. This role involves operating advanced radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images essential for patient care. The technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, including routine and emergency imaging such as surgery support, general radiography, portable radiography, and computed tomography, all while adhering to established standards and safety guidelines. Additional clerical and patient care duties are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Certified in CT by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
  • Registered with the State Bureau of Radiologic Health in Iowa
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent customer service skills to support patient-centered care

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday
  • Hours between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • No weekend or on-call rotation
