Manchester, IA | Field-Based Role
Territory: Eastern Iowa, Quad Cities, Northern Missouri & Central Illinois
A well-established Midwest provider of mobile storage solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support regional growth across Eastern Iowa, Quad Cities, Northern Missouri, and Central Illinois .
Position Overview
This role combines relationship-driven field sales with consultative problem-solving. The Territory Sales Manager will manage an existing customer base while developing new business across construction, commercial, government, and industrial markets.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, and selling high-value, tangible solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales revenue across the assigned territory
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotes and coordinate order details
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and market visibility
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in field sales (construction, industrial, equipment rental, or related industries preferred)
- Strong negotiation and territory management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service approach
- Ability to travel regionally (50–60% of the time)
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
- Mileage/vehicle stipend
- Competitive benefits package
