*Salary Range:* $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT Degree Required) or eligible candidate to join our dynamic healthcare team in Queensbury, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, relieve pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. *Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients' medical history and perform thorough physical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Develop and implement effective and evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' individual needs and goals.
* Provide hands-on manual therapy, exercises, and other therapeutic modalities to improve patients' functional abilities and promote recovery.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive measures.
* Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques, research, and trends to enhance clinical practice.
* Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting patients' rights and dignity.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (PT Degree Required).
* New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
