• Lead digital IP design processes, methodology, and automation
• Shape strategy, coach teams, and drive innovation across projects
• Solve complex technical challenges and influence design decisions across the organisation

• Strong experience in digital IP design and SoC implementation flows
• Expertise in high-speed and low-power digital designs
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence across teams
• Knowledge of Analog IP integration is a plus
