Location: Home-based, covering the South East (including London, Kent, Sussex, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight)

Salary: £35 per hour

The Role

Are you a motivated and passionate Therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? If so, we want you to help us enhance our therapeutic offerings! As an Associate Therapist , you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation sessions to foster parents, offering support for specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to discuss issues related to placements.
  • Liaise with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
  • Build strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and groups.
  • Facilitate workshops for staff to promote reflective therapeutic practice and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment (preferred).
  • Strong administrative skills and an understanding of regulatory policies and processes.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
