Company Information Progressive is looking for an Automation Engineer PCS7 (Permanent or Freelance) on behalf of one of its clients. This client operates internationally in the energy sector and is seeking a new colleague to strengthen their automation team. Interested? Then definitely keep reading! Responsibilities as Automation Engineer PCS7: You are responsible for complete projects, from defining the scope to final delivery. You program installations using Siemens PCS7. You prepare budget and concept proposals for replacements, upgrades, and modifications. You lead and provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for drafting and reviewing specifications and datasheets. You compile project files and handle the necessary administrative follow-up. You contribute to international projects and will travel occasionally (periods of approximately one week). Who are we looking for? You have several years of experience in an automation environment. Ideally, you have knowledge of PCS7. You are a true team player and can collaborate smoothly with operators and project engineers. You speak fluent English. French and Dutch are a plus. Offer Long-term collaboration. Freelance contract or permanent employment. 5 days per week. Location: Huizingen or Rijswijk region, with the possibility of remote work.
