*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform care plans.
* Administer medications accurately via injections, and other routes while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
* Assist with complex procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Document all patient interactions meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic for compliance and continuity of care.
*Skills*
* Proven experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic for efficient documentation.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
* Skilled in patient assessment techniques including vital signs measurement and physical examinations across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Expertise in medication administration methods such as injections and venipuncture.

* 2 years experience in a medical setting (Family practice preferred)
