Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading program execution, facilitating Agile processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams within a SAFe framework to ensure successful delivery of software programs and business value. Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience. Minimum 4+ years of experience in a scaled Agile environment as a Program Manager. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks. Experience managing multiple teams and large-scale programs. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience: Experience launching Agile Release Trains (ART). Experience leading Agile transformations and program-level execution. Experience working in fast-paced and complex IT environments. Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate software teams through development and delivery. Guide implementation and adoption of SAFe practices. Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions. Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and act as SAFe coach at the program level. Provide guidance on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Support ART launch and Agile transformation initiatives. Engage stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business value. Collaborate with teams to develop Agile training and best practices. Support Scrum ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, grooming, and demos. Identify and resolve impediments efficiently. ct as a liaison between teams and business stakeholders. Track and report key Agile metrics such as burndown charts and flow diagrams. Should Have:
Experience with Java/J2EE, Web Services, APIs, and microservices. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud deployments, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with SOAP, RESTful services, and Big Data technologies. Scaled Agile certification (SPC). Experience in both startup and enterprise environments. Experience managing Big Data platforms.
