Enterprise Security Architect

Type: Permanent and Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)

The Enterprise Architect (EA) is responsible for defining, maintaining, and governing the enterprise architecture framework across the organization. This role ensures alignment between business strategy and technology investments, driving long-term scalability, integration, security, and efficiency across systems and platforms. The Enterprise Architect partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to design and implement a cohesive technology ecosystem that supports business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

THE ROLE IS ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK

• 
  
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned to business strategy.
  
• Define architectural standards, principles, and best practices.
  
• Establish and govern enterprise-wide architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
  
• Translate business capabilities and strategic objectives into architectural solutions.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and transformation opportunities.
  
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

• Identify cost optimization and technical debt reduction opportunities.
  
• Ensure architectural designs comply with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
  
• Identify enterprise-level technology risks and mitigation strategies.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, systems design, or technology leadership.
  
• 5+ years in an enterprise or solution architecture role.
  
• Strong experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. xcfaprz
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
