This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities Manage and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
Monitor identity governance platforms to ensure performance, availability, and overall system health.
Troubleshoot system issues, respond to alerts, and implement timely resolutions to minimise downtime.
Maintain and update IAM systems, ensuring patching, security updates, and configuration management are up to date.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
Perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and support audit and compliance activities related to identity services.
Key Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including provisioning, access management, and identity governance (IGA).
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and security best practices.
Experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, SailPoint, or similar platforms.
Scripting or development experience with languages such as PowerShell, Python, Node.js, or PHP.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and associated security controls. xcfaprz
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
