MEP Project Manager (Electrical Bias)

TGS International is hiring on behalf of a leading Data Center Solutions provider. We are seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager with a strong electrical bias to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects in Dublin. The role requires hands‑on technical knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high‑value infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of M&E projects with a strong focus on electrical systems within data center environments.
  
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project disruption.

• Provide technical oversight on electrical design, installation, commissioning, and testing activities.
  
• Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
  
• Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant standards, including high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems.
  
• Review and approve technical documentation, method statements, and site instructions.

• Act as the main point of contact for client representatives, consultants, and contractors.
  
• Maintain clear communication channels across all project teams.
  
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  
• Facilitate project meetings, site inspections, and technical reviews.
  

• 
  
• Degree or HNC in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Proven experience (8+ years) managing large‑scale data center or critical facilities projects, with a focus on electrical systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of M&E design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  
• Familiarity with relevant electrical and mechanical standards, codes, and health & safety regulations.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
