Our well-established general dental practice is seeking a skilled and patient-focused *Endodontist* to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong referral base, modern technology, and consistent case flow.
*Position Overview*
The Endodontist will be responsible for providing high-quality endodontic care, primarily focused on diagnosis and treatment of pulpal and periapical disease. The role is ideal for a specialist who values clinical excellence, efficiency, and a positive patient experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions
* Perform root canal therapy on anterior, premolar, and molar teeth
* Perform endodontic retreatments as indicated
* Interpret CBCT and digital radiographs for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
* Collaborate with general dentists and clinical team to coordinate patient care
* Provide clear explanations of procedures, risks, and post-operative care to patients
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
*Required Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Completion of an *accredited Endodontic residency program*
* Active dental license in the state of practice
* DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
* Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience working in a general dental practice setting
* Comfort with modern endodontic technology (rotary systems, apex locators, CBCT)
* Board-eligible or board-certified Endodontist
