What you’ll do

As Executive Assistant, you will be assisting key company executives with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks . You will also need to filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executives can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. This position is reporting to Executive Leader.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • General administrative service and provide administrative supports
  • Manage scheduling, provide logistics and conferencing supports for company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as tickets, hotel, logistics, meeting appointments etc.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Lead a project team to support regional/global events locally
  • Clear communication of schedule/movements across SMT and direct reports;

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years related working experience in senior executive’s support, MNC preferred
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Team player and a fast learner
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills of both oral and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
