Oversee and participate in picking and packing items with the warehouse associates Daily prepare the warehouse for inbound shipments Maintain cleanliness in the production area daily Train all new warehouse associates on processes and best practices Lead in creating a safe work environment by teaching and enforcing safety directives Support the warehouse manager by communicating needs and delivering on assignments What You Bring
3+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping 1+ years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting High School diploma or equivalent Fluent in English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus Computer and mobile phone literacy Skills in problem solving, analytics, and team optimization Ability to clearly communicate with leadership and team members A focused, optimistic, and "can do" attitude Additional Benefits
