The Digital Transformation Lead / Architect will play a strategic and technical leadership role in designing and delivering enterprise-wide digital solutions. This role will drive transformational initiatives, define architectural standards, and ensure the seamless integration of systems across the organisation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, enabling them to translate complex requirements into scalable, future-ready digital architectures.

This role will ideally suit a Digitisation Expert with a background in integration tools, digital architecture and middleware. This person will be customer centric too, asking the question what process is broken? You will be on the bleeding edge of digitisation efforts – aim in to increase digitisation interactions between the business and its users.

• Lead the definition and execution of the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
• Evangelise modern architectural practices, integration strategies, and digital-first operating models.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures leveraging cloud, API-led connectivity, and modern integration patterns.
• Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for scalable system design and integration.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise frameworks.
• Architect and oversee integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring reusable, secure, and maintainable API-led design.
• Guide and manage Salesforce platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration, data, and security models.
• Lead the adoption of modern web services frameworks, microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple project teams, ensuring solution quality and architectural coherence.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure delivery of robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead technical assessments, vendor evaluations, and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.

• Ensure the effective use of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
