Senior Event Project Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Event Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact corporate events for technology companies.

This is a senior agency-side role for someone who thrives on delivering world-class event experiences, managing complex projects, and building programmes that bring together leading thinkers, founders, and industry experts.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of events—from executive roundtables and leadership dinners to large-scale conferences and customer summits.

• Plan and deliver corporate events ranging from intimate executive gatherings to large international conferences.
• Exceptional project management and organisation.
• Use PM function in ERP System to track and manage extensive event schedules. Lead WIP meetings utilizing PM reports keeping projects and resources on track at all times.
• Identify the right venues and negotiate preferential pricing and commercial terms across venues, catering, production, and suppliers.
• Design event agendas and source high-quality speakers and subject matter experts from across the technology ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted partner to technology clients and lead collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Secure value through supplier relationships, sponsorship opportunities, and smart budget management.

• 6+ years’ experience delivering corporate events (agency or equivalent environment)
• Proven track record delivering technology sector events
• Experience managing both intimate executive events and large conferences
• Strong venue sourcing and contract negotiation skills
• A network of industry speakers, experts, and moderators
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Commercial mindset with experience negotiating preferential supplier pricing
