Stores Officer

JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a Stores to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

Ryanair is Europe’s favourite airline, carrying 200m p.a. on more than 3,700 daily flights from 90+ bases, connecting over 235 destinations in 37 countries on a fleet of over 620 modern Boeing 737NG, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer and Airbus A320 aircraft and will continue to 800 aircraft within the next 10 years.

• Assist in ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
  
• Accounting for all stock movements into and out of stores both physically and on our engineering computer system.
  
• Assisting in the control of commercial goods requirements.
  
• Assisting in progressing our service freight throughout our network.
  
• Ensuring that AOG requirements are actioned and that the costs of the various services provided are controlled and kept to minimum.
  
• Controlling all material transactions on our computer system.
  
• Assisting in monitoring the delivery dates, times of incoming spares for aircraft on check with our maintenance providers. xcfaprz
  
• Accomplishing other such duties as may be reasonably directed by the Stores Supervisor.

• Previous stores experience desirable
  
• High English level both written and speaking
  
• The ability to work on own initiative
  
• A sound mature sense of judgement
  
• Highly organised and able to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment
  
• Effective communicator
  
• Proven computer skills
  
• Numerical competence
  
• Full Driving Licence required
