Internal Technical Sales

Location: Cork Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Internal Technical Sales professional to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical sales environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and values strong customer and supplier relationships.

You will support the external sales function, manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure a smooth process from initial enquiry to final delivery.

• Respond to internal sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  
• Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions
  
• Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing, availability, and technical information
  
• Process customer orders efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
  
• Manage and order stock when required
  
• Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
  
• Participate in product training to maintain strong technical knowledge
  
• Work towards and achieve monthly KPIs

• Experience with valves and actuation products is essential
  
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
