As a Residential Home Team Leader , you will play a crucial role in:

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our home.
• Creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for our young residents.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of our 'Outstanding' rated service.
• Leading a small team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

In this role, you will:

• Deputize for the Registered Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and Ofsted standards.
• Engage with children to foster a sense of belonging and community.
• Manage staff effectively, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Contribute to menu planning and food quality for our residents.
• Participate in regular training and development to enhance your skills.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full UK driving license.
• Your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
• A passion for supporting young people and a commitment to their welfare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week . You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.

We offer a competitive salary structure:

• Basic salary of £27,803.20 , with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 through sleep-in shifts.
• Up to £6,720 in sleep-in payments (average of 6-8 shifts per month).
