Position Details- Location: Highbridge
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Salary:
- Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
- Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker , you will play a vital role in our children's residential home, working closely with young people who exhibit challenging behavior. We are looking for someone who is:

This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You will work on a shift pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime hours, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
Essential Skills- Full manual driving license
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player
- Capability to maintain clear and neat records
- Empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
- Previous experience working with young people
- Willingness to work towards a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
