In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, precise operating skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures. You will be trained on our specific inventory management systems and work closely with the warehouse team to meet operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move and stack materials.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Retrieve and stage products for order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
