We are hiring Warehouse Workers to contribute to our operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various essential tasks to keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment and adhering to all safety procedures. This role requires physical capability, reliability, and a strong work ethic. We are committed to a safe workplace and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is eager to learn, can handle tasks involving lifting, and works well in a team setting. Experience in a warehouse or general labor capacity is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform duties that involve consistent lifting and physical activity.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Commitment to wearing PPE and adhering to safety protocols.
