Senior Construction Planner

• Develop and manage contract and project programmes, including monthly progress reporting
• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and output trends to support continuous improvement
• Deliver all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live contracts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on planning and scheduling activities
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide proactive risk mitigation insights
• Evaluate and propose alternative construction methodologies to optimize project outcomes

• Relevant third-level qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning within construction or civil engineering (Data Centre’s an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams
