Senior Software Engineer - MERN (MongoDB, Express, React & Node)

We are seeking several Senior MERN Developers for long term contracts in Dublin working with the latest technologies including AI.

• 
  
• Architect, design, and implement high‑performance applications using the full MERN stack.
  
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and Business Analysis.
  
• Own technical delivery across project phases including estimation, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  
• Optimise application performance, security, and scalability across front‑end and back‑end components.
  
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending new tools, technologies, and approaches.
  
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring junior developers.
  
• Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strong root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  
• Deep expertise in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node. xcfaprz js.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
