Overview
We are working with an established software house based in Central London who are looking to hire a Lead C# Backend Developer to join their growing engineering team. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using C# and .NET Framework
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
Take ownership of backend architecture and ensure best practices are followed
Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end, QA, and product
Contribute to system design, performance optimisation, and code quality
Participate in code reviews and promote clean, maintainable coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
