Cardiovascular Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $385.09 - $416.85

This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 24 hr call, 7a-7a

· Practice Setting: Inpatient

· Types of Cases: General Cardiovascular procedures/cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 45- 60 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

· Certifications Required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

· Licensure Required: Must have an active Florida License, must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)

Facility Location
Once a small farming community, Orange Park is now one of Jacksonville‘s most popular suburbs; originally founded in 1877 by a Florida Winter Home and Improvement Company. After the Civil War this town was overflowing with McIntosh apple orchards in an area called Laurel Grove. All these beautiful acres of land created a southern feeling to the town which later was incorporated in 1879.
