Job Title: Landscape and Hardscape Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven Landscape and Hardscape Sales Representative to join our growing company and act as a key contributor to assisting us in achieving our annual sales goals. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on proactively cultivating relationships with established and prospective clients. You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact and site consultation through closing contracts while ensuring the customer’s experience is efficient and highly satisfying. You will be responsible for selling residential and commercial services to clientele within the Centre County Region. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of successful sales experience in landscaping, hardscaping or the outdoor living industry and must be willing to dedicate the necessary hours per week to help us strive to exceed our annual sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
- Attend all appointments on time and efficiently generate an accurate proposal within 48 hours of the onsite visit.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Effectively collaborate and communication with company owner, management team, and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present and sell a variety of services and/or solutions, including maintenance services, design installations, and enhancements.
- Track sales activities, interactions, and client follow-ups using LMN (Landscape Management Network) or similar CRM systems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, services, and pricing to offer competitive solutions to clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open and closed proposals. Getting either “Yes” or “No” on all open proposals and following up with customers on completed jobs to ensure their needs were met and expectations were exceeded.
- Participates in planning company growth and development and supports company mission by following through on initiatives.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience in landscaping, hardscaping or outdoor living services.
· Strong understanding of the landscape, hardscape and outdoor living construction industries.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive market.
· Exceptional business development capabilities with a focus on lead generation and direct sales strategies.
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
· Strong organizational, collaborating, and time management skills.
· Ability to assess project scope and efficiently generate accurate proposals within 48 hours of the onsite visit.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Effectively demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
