Landscaper / Landscape Foreman (Top Pay + No Weekends)

Canton, OH
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

$17 – $25 per hour (based on experience + performance)

Positions Available

Landscaper (Crew Member)

Hands-on role focused on installation, labor, and execution.

Landscape Foreman (Crew Leader)

Leads the crew, manages production, and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.

What You’ll Do

• Install mulch, plants, stone, edging, and landscape features
• Assist with or lead grading, drainage, and site prep
• Operate tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, etc. )
• Read basic layouts or plans (Foreman level = full understanding)
• Work with your team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
• Communicate with team members and leadership daily

Foreman Responsibilities (if applicable):

• Lead and manage a crew (production, pacing, accountability)
• Read plans and execute jobs without constant oversight
• Solve problems on-site quickly and effectively
• Ensure quality control and prevent callbacks

What We’re Looking For

✔ Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience
✔ Strong work ethic (shows up ready to work, not stand around)
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
✔ Team player with a no-drama attitude

For Foreman:
✔ Proven leadership experience
✔ Ability to run a crew and hit production goals
✔ Can read plans and make decisions without hand-holding

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Drug-free workplace
• Clean background

Pay Structure (Built to Attract Top Talent)

We pay based on output, skill, and leadership—not just time in the field.

Landscaper (Crew Member)

• $17–$18/hr → Entry-level / basic labor
• $18–$20/hr → Solid worker (reliable, productive)

Landscape Foreman

• $20–$23/hr → Can lead a crew and complete jobs
• $23–$25/hr → High-level leader (efficient, organized, no callbacks)
