Administrative Support For The Chief Corporate Officer Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage the CCO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Communication: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare presentations and reports Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality Support Sales Account Managers/Directors with submission of quotations Assist with customer prototype invoicing including Eng. Design & Development and any other "special" non-production orders Review production contracts, support in resolving any discrepancies, maintain appropriate record retention, and filing Update and maintain price files in STRATTEC's system(s), i.e. AS400 Maintains purchase order tracker/ log Assists in the recovery of any past due balances from the customer accounts through written and verbal communication Utilize customer engineering change control system to access engineering change orders when necessary Access and distribute customer prototype orders to the appropriate team members and maintain prototype tracker Assist with the coordination of orders and delivery status of prototype material Set up customer files when needed Maintain Future III database with customer shipping information, pricing, etc. Provide service contract management support when needed Assist Sales Account Manager/Director with direct customer contact or customer meetings per given direction. Support internal STRATTEC activities including, but not limited to 860 meetings, internal/external audits, PDTs, etc. Support customer reception area as backup (Auburn Hills specific) Lead or provide support for various STRATTEC sales reporting activities such as STRATTE Sales Forecast, Acquisition Plan, Quarterly Quote Report, Monthly Sales Reports, Board of Director Reports, etc. Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) will be a significant benefit. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to work independently, and willing to learn with a positive attitude. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
