Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and consultation for manufacturing software and hardware applications. Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of industrial automation solutions on production lines. Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve application-related issues in manufacturing environments. Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for end-users on application operation and maintenance. Gather and analyze customer requirements to tailor application solutions and inform product development. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to demonstrate application capabilities and support pre-sales activities. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, user guides, and application notes. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent technical communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or pre-sales role. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, additive manufacturing, or vision systems. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or data manipulation. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Prior experience managing technical projects or pilot implementations.
