Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or Product Management.
U.S. citizenship status is required for this position.
Desired Qualifications: Strong expertise in performance, controls, combustion, fuel systems, or systems engineering.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve intricate problems.
Demonstrated success in leading programs or projects to completion.
Experience in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs effectively.
Well-established project management capabilities.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, based on experience, education, and skills, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. Applications will be accepted until 1/31/26.
