• Own the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects
  
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met
  
• Lead procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management
  
• Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership
  
• Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
  
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards
  
• Support tendering and bid submissions for future pipeline work
  

• 
  
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
  
• 8–10+ years’ experience in commercial roles within the construction industry
  
• Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects
  
• Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
  
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  
• Proficiency xcfaprz in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
