Our client is a top 10 professional services firm in Ireland with a growing consulting practice advising organisations across the health, government, public sector and not-for-profit sectors.

Their consulting team works with senior leadership teams to support strategy development, operational improvement, organisational transformation and policy implementation across complex public sector environments. With increasing demand for advisory services and the recent award of significant new engagements, the firm is now seeking to appoint a Consulting Manager to join their Dublin-based team.

• Consulting Delivery – Lead and contribute to consulting assignments focused on organisational improvement, policy implementation and service transformation
  
• Analysis & Insights – Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis to support evidence-based recommendations for clients
  
• Client Advisory – Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and provide practical, strategic solutions
  
• Research & Evaluation – Undertake research, benchmarking and evaluation work to inform client recommendations and reports
  
• Report Development – Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, analysis papers and strategic recommendations
  
• Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate interviews, workshops and discussions with client teams to gather insights and build consensus
  
• Business Development – Contribute to proposals and tender responses for new consulting engagements
  
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across the consulting practice to deliver high-quality advisory services
  

Reporting to a Director within the consulting practice, you will work as part of a team delivering advisory engagements across the firm’s public sector portfolio:
