Construction Design Manager

A leading construction firm is seeking an experiencedDesign Managerto join its team for major projects based in Dublin. This is a permanent role offering strong career development opportunities and the chance to work on high-profile commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

• Collaborate with site teams to manage project setup, focusing on coordination of architectural and engineering information
  
• Coordinate utilities and services between mechanical/electrical engineers and utility providers
  
• Prepare and maintain schedules of information requirements in line with contract programmes, and monitor progress
  
• Manage the technical submittal process for all project components, including tracking and reporting status against programme timelines
  
• Maintain procurement tracking schedules based on approved submittals and cost approvals
  
• Respond promptly to project queries and ensure proper documentation and resolution
  
• Support the project team in identifying and resolving design-related challenges
  

• 
  
• 10+ years’ experience as a Design Manager on commercial, residential, data centre, or industrial projects
  
• Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or Architecture
  
• Experience xcfaprz working with a main contractor is desirable
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent planning and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
